Products and pricing

All products are subject to availability. Prices and product descriptions are based on available Shopify and supplier data and may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Product responsibility

Products sold through Bradley's Fairway may be manufactured and fulfilled by third-party suppliers. Bradley's Fairway does not manufacture or physically inspect every product. Product descriptions are based on available Shopify, manufacturer, and supplier information. Customers should contact Bradley's Fairway first regarding any order or product issue so the appropriate supplier, return, replacement, or refund process can be coordinated.

Bradley's Fairway remains the customer-facing seller and is responsible for charging the correct amount, accurately describing products, protecting customer information, ensuring orders ship or providing required delay notices and refunds, handling customer disputes and chargebacks, and honoring the policies published at the time of purchase.

Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once an order is accepted and payment is processed, fulfillment depends on supplier availability and shipping support.

Product data

Product names, brand names, images, logos, and descriptions may belong to their respective owners and may be displayed through authorized Shopify, supplier, distributor, or catalog integrations. Website information may contain supplier-provided content.
