This Privacy Policy describes how Bradley’s Fairway collects, uses, and discloses personal information when someone visits bradleys-fairway.com, uses the storefront, completes Shopify checkout, places an order, or contacts the store.

Bradley Matera, a sole proprietor operating under the Matera Digital trade name, operates Bradley’s Fairway. In this policy, “Bradley’s Fairway,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business.

Information we collect

Depending on how a person uses the store, information may include:

contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, billing address, and shipping address;
order and transaction information, such as products, variants, quantities, price, tax, shipping, payment status, returns, and refunds;
communications voluntarily sent by email;
device and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, request headers, timestamps, referring page, and pages requested;
security and fraud-prevention information;
cart information stored in the visitor’s browser;
cookie, consent, and preference information processed through Shopify or other enabled services; and
fulfillment and tracking information received from connected suppliers and carriers.

Bradley’s Fairway does not directly store full payment-card numbers. Payment information is processed by Shopify and its payment providers.

Sources of information

Information may come:

directly from the customer;
from the customer’s browser or device;
from Shopify and its payment providers;
from a connected Shopify Collective supplier;
from shipping carriers; and
from Cloudflare’s hosting, security, and technical services.

How we use information

We use information as reasonably necessary to:

operate and secure the storefront;
maintain a cart and provide Shopify checkout;
process, confirm, fulfill, track, cancel, return, and refund orders;
calculate or support calculation of shipping and taxes;
communicate about an order or customer request;
detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping duties;
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
improve the reliability and accessibility of the store.

How we disclose information

We may disclose relevant information to:

Shopify, for checkout, payments, fraud prevention, order management, customer privacy tools, and related services;
Cloudflare, for hosting, content delivery, security, logs, and performance;
connected Shopify Collective suppliers, to fulfill products, provide tracking, and support returns or refunds;
shipping carriers, to deliver and track an order;
payment providers, banks, and card networks, to process payments, refunds, and disputes;
tax, accounting, legal, security, or technical service providers, when reasonably necessary; and
government authorities or other parties, when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the store.

Bradley’s Fairway does not currently operate an email newsletter through this storefront and does not currently sell personal information for money.

Shopify may independently process personal information as described in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

The storefront may use browser storage necessary to maintain a cart and preferences. Shopify checkout and enabled Shopify services may use cookies and similar technologies for checkout, security, fraud prevention, preferences, analytics, or other functions.

The site currently loads font resources from Google, which can cause the visitor’s browser to connect to Google and disclose technical request information. Bradley’s Fairway should self-host fonts to reduce this disclosure.

If advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, a newsletter, customer accounts, or nonessential tracking are added, this policy and the consent controls must be updated before or when those tools launch. Shopify Customer Privacy settings and any required cookie banner or data-sharing opt-out must be configured for the markets served.

Retention

Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including order fulfillment, customer service, tax and accounting records, fraud prevention, disputes, and legal requirements. Retention periods vary by record type and service provider. Browser cart information remains on the visitor’s device until it expires, is cleared, or the storefront removes it.

Security

Bradley’s Fairway uses Shopify and Cloudflare services and reasonable administrative and technical measures intended to protect information. No website, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy requests

Subject to applicable law, a person may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with them. Email bradmatera@gmail.com. We may need to verify the requester’s identity and may retain information when required or permitted by law.

Privacy choices provided directly by Shopify can also be reviewed through Shopify’s privacy resources. Where required, Bradley’s Fairway will honor applicable opt-out signals and customer privacy choices through correctly configured services.

Children

The store is a general-audience golf retail site and is not directed to children under 13. Bradley’s Fairway does not knowingly collect personal information directly from a child under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information, contact bradmatera@gmail.com.

International processing

Shopify, Cloudflare, suppliers, carriers, and other providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate, subject to their terms and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the store, services, or legal requirements. The updated policy will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated when required by law.
