Shipping Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Bradley’s Fairway at bradleys-fairway.com.
Shipping availability and rates
Shipping availability, methods, cost, and any available delivery estimate depend on the product, supplier, and destination. The shipping options currently available for an order are displayed during Shopify checkout after a delivery address is entered.
An order is not accepted until checkout is completed and Bradley’s Fairway sends an order confirmation. Product inventory and shipping eligibility can change before acceptance.
Fulfillment
Products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by a connected Shopify Collective supplier. Items in the same order may ship separately and may have different tracking numbers or arrival dates.
Processing and delivery estimates
Any processing, shipment, or delivery date shown on a product page, at checkout, in an email, or by a carrier is an estimate unless Bradley’s Fairway expressly identifies it as a guaranteed commitment. Carrier events, weather, address problems, customs, and other circumstances can affect delivery.
If we cannot ship within the time promised—or within the period required by law when no time was stated—we will provide any delay notice, consent option, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Tracking
Tracking information is sent after it becomes available from the supplier or carrier. A tracking scan can take time to appear. Carrier tracking is the best source for the latest transit update, but it is not a guarantee of delivery on a particular date.
Address accuracy
Review the recipient name and delivery address before completing checkout. Contact bradmatera@gmail.com immediately if an address is wrong. An address change or cancellation cannot be guaranteed after an order has been sent for fulfillment.
International orders
An international destination is available only if Shopify checkout accepts the address and displays a shipping option. The recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or customs requirements that are not collected at checkout. Bradley’s Fairway does not control customs processing or guarantee that every product can enter every country.
Missing, damaged, or incorrect shipments
Email bradmatera@gmail.com promptly with the order number and a description of the issue. For damage or an incorrect item, include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when available. Keep the item and packaging until instructions are provided.
