What to include

Include:

• your Shopify order number, when applicable;
• the name of the product and selected variant;
• a clear description of the question or problem; and
• for a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label when available.

Do not email full payment-card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information. Bradley’s Fairway will not ask you to send a full payment-card number by email.

Seller and payment information

Bradley’s Fairway is the customer-facing seller. Payments are processed through Shopify checkout and its payment providers. Products may be fulfilled by a connected Shopify Collective supplier, but customers should contact Bradley’s Fairway first about an order or product issue.
