Return Policy

Contact Bradley's Fairway before returning a product. Do not ship an item to the supplier, manufacturer, or package address unless Bradley's Fairway provides instructions. Return eligibility, destination, fees, and timing depend on the product, supplier, condition, and reason for the return. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email bradmatera@gmail.com with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original Shopify payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
